hurmm...interesting topic to discuss..
salam everyone

well, can you ask yourself about being a leader for all people that sometime agree or not whatever that you said...That maybe they have their own good opinions compare ourselves..so that's why happen sparked a disagreement between members.

There are many well-educated and motivated people who lack the knowledge of how to lead others. So they don’t assume leadership positions, or if they do, they don’t do very well in them. They and others too, assume that these individuals just weren’t born to be leaders.

Most of leaders desire a position to look more educated and wants people around them look higher and respect their non-ability doing. But could be anyone can be a leader that knowing their ability to do so. So while you may not be a natural born leader in the strictest sense, you can certainly overcome many obstacle and develop a desire and ability to lead when you are inspired to do so.

Aspire to become a leader like as a Adolf Hitler..??? Perhaps yes or not....

But if you were trying to be a leader and having a passion that translate into action, there have some ways to develop your own skill to leadership.:

  • willing to take a risk
  • be confident in yourself and abilities
  • think positively and commit to reach goals
  • share your own vision with other that may inspire them
  • encourage those around you to find their own leadership qualities
  • work on improving your communication ability to listen the others.
  • Look for ways to expand your contact network for gain trust of others.

leaders are already made or they are not born to be that .....hurmm..

birth order traits.....!!!!!

salam everyone....

sorry because take a long time to update this blog. Well, topic for this week although it seems to late but title of birth order trait is quit seem good to discuss. We don't know people around us may be have many siblings like ten or twelve or sometime 15 but also have one or two siblings. so, if we talk based on physiologist they maybe have their professional opinion right..!!.Here some brief explanation about birth traits.

First-
born children desire control and they will typically become a compliant nurturer or a more aggressive mover and shaker. Either way parents need to remember not to demand too much of their oldest child.

The middle children will demonstrate the greatest variety of character traits, but they will usually be opposite of their older sibling. They will try to be unique, so help them recognize their own talents.

Youngest children are usually very different from their older siblings. They tend to be more social and funny. They don't have as much responsibility and are more carefree. They are also often driven to catch up with their older siblings and follow in their footsteps. It is important that parents still enforce the rules when their youngest comes along.
